REFERENCE SAMPLES:
We provide reference samples from our earlier production as for general idea about of material quality, workmanship, and prices. It’s absolutely free of cost but currier charges to Purchasers account.

PROTOTYPES SAMPLES:
No charge. Prototypes with similar available material are made with available fabric to purchaser’s specifications after purchaser has accepted quotation price and courier on purchaser’s account. Lead times approximately 14 - 21 days.

SALES SAMPLES:

  1. 35/40 days ex factory after development and costs approved by purchaser
  2. Costs: 2 X FOB. Freight and courier on purchaser’s account
  3. Fabric: Not billed for sales samples; any excess fabric required to cover dye lot minimums will be billed.
  4. Payment required prior to delivery.

PRE-ORDER SAMPLES:
Yes, possible with exact quality and exact material, print/embroidery, accessories, etc whatever you want as per order in few quantity 3/5 pcs. We will bill you for 500 USD to 700 USD which depend on operation and material and courier on purchaser’s account. Lead times approximately 20/25 days. Payment require in advance through wire transfer.

SHIPMENT:
On FOB or C&F basis upon request, available for both FCL and LCL shipments by sea or air. Transit time from Bangladesh to European ports: 4 to 5 weeks by sea and 1 week by sea.

PAYMENT TERMS:
We usually ask our customers to establish a letter of credit to our Hong Kong Office fabour allowing transferable through any bank. This L/C then transferred to our factories in Bangladesh, which open a back-to-back L/C guaranteed by your L/C in order to purchase the raw material and accessories needed for order.
 
If the order value below USD 15000.00 we will ask our purchasers to wire transfer the full order amount in advance. If purchasers will not willing to wire transfer in advance we will accept L/C abut we will charge additionally USD 1000.00 for L/C handing.
